Trafsys has now been acquired by Øgreid. The company will continue its operations as before, with the same name, employees, and focus areas.
The acquisition marks a new chapter for Trafsys and lays the foundation for further development and growth.
Continues as before
Øgreid has, over time, worked to strengthen its portfolio within technology and infrastructure. With Trafsys joining the group, the company gains access to increased resources and a broader professional environment.
“Trafsys has established itself as a a well-established company with strong deliveries and high competence. These are qualities we want to continue building on,” says Sindre Ims from Øgreid.
Trafsys will continue to operate with the same organization and management, and customers will not experience any changes in deliveries or points of contact.
